Here is our important information
Booking information
Our apartments are only reserved for the fixed number of people in the booking confirmation. The apartments, as well as all the facilities and amenities of the house are exclusively reserved for our guests, who are signed-in and registered with us. Further subleasing of the rooms is not allowed.
Booking
Your booking is considered fixed, when the deposit for your holiday has been credited to our bank account. If the deposit has not been made to us by the stipulated date, then the reservation will expire. We will inform you about the amount of the deposit and bank details in the reservation correspondence.
Payment options
You can pay preferably in cash, but we also accept Maestro (EC-card-automatic debiting card).
Naturally, the advance deposit for the room invoice will be deducted.
Security deposit
At check in we charge per apartment a deposit of € 200,-- in cash.
Of course, you get it back at correct leaving the apartment.
Check in
from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
In the case of a late arrival please give us prior notice.
!! For an easy journey we recommend our winter guests to take snow chains with you !!
Please bring your slippers with you.
Pets are not allowed.
Check out
by 10:00 a.m. on departure day
Cancellation conditions
It is a pity if a room remains free, although other guests would have gladly booked. Therefore, we ask you to inform us in due time - preferably in writing - if you can not arrive on the agreed date.
The following charges apply in case of cancellation:
- Up to 3 months prior to the booked arrival date: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month prior to the booked arrival date: 40% of the total travel price
- 1 month up to 1 week prior to the arrival date: 70% of the total travel price.
- Within the last week prior to the arrival date: 90% of the total travel price.
If you arrive late or leave early, we reserve the right to charge the full travel price, because we can no longer rent the apartment on short term notice.
There is no compensation for non-consumed services. In addition, the Austrian hotel regulations shall serve as a basis. Cancellation can only be accepted in writing. ( Link terms and conditions)
Travel insurance
We recommend that our guests obtain travel cancellation insurance.
