Here is our important information
Our apartments are only reserved for the number of people specified in the reservation confirmation. The apartments, as well as all the facilities and amenities of the house are reserved exclusively for guests who are registered and registered with us. Further subletting of the premises is not permitted.
Your booking is considered fixed when the deposit for your holiday has been credited to our account. If we do not receive the deposit by the agreed date, the reservation will be forfeited. We will inform you about the amount of the deposit and bank details in the reservation correspondence.
You can preferably pay your apartment bill in CASH or with an EC card.
Of course, the deposit paid will be deducted from the room bill.
At check-in we charge a deposit of € 200 per apartment in cash .
Of course, you will get this back if you leave the apartment properly.

If you arrive later, we ask that you inform us in advance.
!! For a problem-free journey, we recommend our winter guests to take snow chains with them !!
We ask that you bring slippers with you.
Pets are not allowed with us.

It’s a shame if a room remains free although other guests would have liked to book. We therefore ask you to inform us in good time – preferably in writing – if you are unable to arrive on the agreed date.
The following costs apply in the event of cancellation:
- Up to 3 months before booked arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before booked arrival: 40% of the total travel price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total travel price.
- Within the last week before arrival: 90% of the total travel price.

If you arrive late or leave early, we allow ourselves to charge the entire travel price, as we can no longer rent the apartment at short notice.
No payment can be made for services not consumed.
In addition, the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply as a basis. A cancellation can only be accepted in writing. ( link terms and conditions )
We recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance .
